Recently, the core leading team of the Material Department and Technology Department of TMT, a leading enterprise in the chemical fiber industry, went deep into the production frontline to carry out special re-inspection and supervision work. During the inspection, adhering to rigorous and meticulous work principles, the supervision team visited various production workshops, material storage areas and process control points, and inspected key work items such as the implementation of production operation guidelines, closed-loop management of production control processes, equipment operation and maintenance specifications, and raw material management item by item. In view of the current situation of factory production management, the leading team fully affirmed the solid work and phased achievements of the factory in standardized production, quality control and safe production, and recognized the rigorous working attitude and efficient execution ability of the front-line team.
