### Reflections on the Music Party Class
On August 14th, I represented our company at the joint study session hosted by the sub-district Party Mass Service Center on Qiheng Road, a meaningful event commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, as well as the 90th anniversary of the birth of *March of the Volunteers*.
Led by speaker Kong Hongsheng, the music-themed Party class vividly unfolded the history of the Communist Party of China through classic songs. What struck me most was the story behind *March of the Volunteers* being designated as China’s national anthem. Its powerful melody and lyrics, born out of the nation’s struggle against aggression, still resonate deeply, reminding us of the perseverance and courage that shaped our country’s destiny.
Songs like *China, the Red Sun Forever Shines* and *Ode to the Red Flag* further painted a musical portrait of China’s development and progress under the Party’s leadership. Each note carried the weight of history, while *Let Dreams Take Flight* reflected the aspirations of a nation moving forward.
This unique class blended art with history, making the Party’s journey more tangible and inspiring. Through music, we not only recalled the hardships and glories of the past but also felt the profound gratitude towards the Party for leading the nation to prosperity. It was a heartfelt reminder of our responsibilities to honor history and contribute to a brighter future.
