Product Introduction:Metal O-rings are all-metal static sealing components relying on controlled elastic deformation of thin-walled alloy tubing. Unlike elastomer rubber O-rings, they maintain stable sealing performance under extreme temperature, ultra-high vacuum, radiation and aggressive chemical environments.
Our metal O-rings are manufactured from precision-drawn thin-walled alloy tubes. When compressed inside the gland, continuous uniform contact stress is formed on both sealing mating surfaces. Tube material, wall thickness and surface coating jointly determine compression load, resilience and leak tightness. We produce miniature metal O-rings with wire diameter ranging from 0.9 mm to 6.35 mm. We also supply special alloy grades including GH605 for ultra-high temperature and Hastelloy C276 for harsh hydrochloric acid gas environments. Widely used for high-reliability industrial, aerospace, vacuum and nuclear applications.
Advantages & Typical Service Limits

Metal o-ring types Introducing
Standard Metal O-Ring
Base type for general high-temperature and pressure static joints. Compression load depends on tube wall and material.
Self-Energizing Metal O-Ring
Internal pressure assists sealing contact force. Preferred for gas pressure working conditions.
Pressure-Filled Metal O-Ring
Hollow core filled with inert gas. Maintains contact force even when system pressure fluctuates, ideal for critical vacuum and thermal cycle applications.
Custom spring-energized metal O-rings for extreme static sealing. Alloy options include GH605 and Hastelloy C276. Suitable for ultra-high vacuum, cryogenic, high-temperature and corrosive equipment.
